Electric Paint by Bare Conductive® is a nontoxic, water based, water soluble, electrically conductive paint. Electric paint provides a great platform for discovering, laying, repairing and designing with electronics. The paint can be used as both a liquid wire and a conductive adhesive or cold solder. It will adhere to a wide variety of surfaces, including non-conductive, non-hydrophobic materials such as paper, plastic, textiles or wood, and is easily removed with soap & water. For permanent applications, it can be sealed using acrylic paint or spray varnish. It is black in colour and can be over-painted with any material compatible with a water-based paint. One tube can cover up to 0.5m². Electric paint can be applied in many different ways, from using a paintbrush and stencilling, to common printing processes like screen-printing, and the paint dries at room temperature in 10-15 minutes. Works with: Electrical components, prototyping materials, PCBs, microcontrollers (Touch Board™, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, MaKey MaKey, LilyPad, FLORA), e-textiles, and conductive thread. Not recommended to use to use with electrical sources exceeding 12V. Why not head to the Bare Conductive® YouTube channel in the Links section for some excellent & informative product demonstrations. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult whilst using this product. Wearing gloves is advised whilst applying Electric Paint due to possible staining.
